Scope of Work

- Assessing community awareness of drug misuse problems.
- Evaluating engagement with educators and parents in using science-based prevention materials.
- Facilitating the development of strategic action plans by community stakeholders to decrease drug misuse-related overdoses.
Deliverables
Annual contract deliverables include:
- Kickoff Meeting and Workplan Development: Participate in a kickoff meeting, develop an agenda, and produce draft and final meeting summaries.
- Metrics Analysis: Analyze completed activities to determine reach and impact in each Operation Engage location.
- Key Stakeholder Interviews: Conduct up to five stakeholder interviews per location.
- Reach and Impact Report: Produce a draft and final report (for both prior year 4 and current year 5) highlighting reach, impact, and lessons learned. This report must be visually appealing, suitable for a wide audience, and 508-compliant.
- Lessons Learned Report: Summarize lessons learned for DEA's future reference.
