A handful of questions were received as a result of the Virtual Industry Day. Four of five industry questions and Government responses are provided at the attached. The file will be updated with Question One (1) and the appropriate response soonest, but likely after 01 Jan 2026.
In addition, all Industry Day registrants have been identified at a separate file, with email addresses included for any potential industry connection in support of the pending BTSS requirement, as/if deemed appropriate by the parties.
Lastly, all parties are reminded that the information contained herein is subject to change and the Government does NOT seek quotes, bids or proposals at this time, and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this notice.

The U.S. Army Operational Test Command (OTC) and Headquarters Mission and Installation Contracting Command (HQ MICC), Theater Support Center (TSC), invite you to attend a VIRTUAL Industry Day for OTC Base Test Support Services (BTSS) requirement and follow-on acquisition.
The Virtual Industry Day is a one-day event only with details, as follows:

The Industry Day briefing slides will be posted as an update herein, no later than 4:30 PM EST, 12 Dec 2025. The slides will contain the Teams meeting link and passcode as/if required, as well as a dial-in by phone number and passcode. Attendees will be requested to log-in/dial-in approximately 15 minutes prior to the start to ensure connectivity.
Prospective attendees shall register in advance, no later than 4:30 PM EST 15 Dec 2025, using the attached template (see “OTC BTSS Follow-on_Industry Day Registration”) to the following HQ MICC-TSC personnel:

Separate from the pending Industry Day as established herein, the Pre-Solicitation Notice under Notice ID PANMCC-25-P-0000 018310 and Draft Performance Work Statement issued by the previously responsible Contracting Office (MICC Fort Hood) resulted in the attached questions as submitted by industry. Government responses are provided at the Q&A attachment herein.
