Evaluation & Set-Aside
This is not a request for proposals. HUD will use responses to assess market capacity, resource availability, and project management capabilities. The market research will inform the procurement method.

Special Requirements

Place of performance is anticipated to be the Contractor's facility. Respondents should address their capability to meet requirements, ability to transition data to OPM's Core Platform, and willingness to accept the contract given the government's move towards OPM's Core platform consolidation.
