- Operations & Maintenance: Annual CCTV/Sonar inspections, smoke testing, routine cleaning, waste disposal, vegetation management, FOG/odor/corrosion control, flow/level monitoring, and operation by an Arizona Grade IV Certified Wastewater Collection Operator. Implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) meeting FISMA High, FedRAMP High, and NIST SP 800-171 requirements for CUI/SCADA environments is critical.
- Repairs & Emergency Response: 24/7 monitoring, rapid emergency response (including 60-minute SSO dispatch), rain-event clean-out within 48 hours, and pipeline/manhole repairs within 24 hours or immediate bypass implementation.
- Safety, Environmental, & Regulatory: Compliance with OSHA, ADEQ coordination, hazardous materials evaluation, site security, and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
