Scope of Work
The GSA requires services for the G-REX platform, encompassing:
- Operations & Maintenance (O&M): Ensuring uninterrupted functionality, managing application security and compliance (FedRAMP, Section 508, federal standards), proactive monitoring, performance tuning, AI integration, defect resolution, technical debt reduction, incident response, documentation, backups, health assessments, GSA IT coordination, and disaster recovery/business continuity.
- Optional Enhancement Services: Adaptive maintenance, major feature enhancements, and detailed AI integration strategies for maintenance and enhancements.
- Platform Modernization: Vendors can propose solutions for one, two, or all three modernization options:
- Appian Cloud: Hosting strategy, technical architecture (Kubernetes), security, and AI implementation.
- On-Premise Implementation: Deployment, management, container orchestration, and AI implementation on existing GSA infrastructure.
- Single Tenant Commercial Cloud (Appian): Infrastructure, federal compliance, technical architecture, data protection, and AI implementation.
