Purpose & Scope
This notice seeks to identify ISBEEs to supply three (3) ophthalmic exam chairs, such as the Topcon OC-2400 Power-Recline Chair with Motorized Tilt or equivalent, for the LSU, which includes the Lawton Indian Hospital, Anadarko Indian Clinic, and Carnegie Indian Clinic. These chairs are needed to augment patient care delivery within the eye clinic. Key specifications include power-recline, motorized tilt, minimum 500 lb capacity, hydraulic lift, foot pedal control, 120V power, and an articulating headrest. A minimum two-year warranty is required. Delivery, installation, and training are expected within 90 days of award.
Set-Aside & Eligibility
This opportunity is designated as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside. Pursuant to the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47), IHS must give preference to Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) where authorized and practicable. ISBEEs and other small businesses are highly encouraged to respond. Respondents must complete and submit the "Indian Health Service Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form" (attached) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
Submission Requirements
Interested parties must submit a written response, limited to five (5) pages, via email to Mr. Jarrod Prince (jarrod.prince@ihs.gov) or Mr. Carroll Delaune (carroll.delaune@ihs.gov). The email subject line must include "IHS1526197". Responses are due no later than May 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST. Required information includes:
- Company Name, Socioeconomic Status, SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), contact details (POC, mailing address, phone, website, email).
- DUNS Number, CAGE Code, Tax ID.
- Applicable GSA Schedule number or other available procurement vehicle.
- SAM registration status.
- The completed "Indian Health Service Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form".
