Program Overview

Industry Day Details
An in-person Industry Day will be held on March 17, 2026, at 09:00 hrs ET at 100 S Independence Mall W, Philadelphia, PA 19106. The Government will explain the overall USA HIRE II vision and current requirements. Interested Industry Partners (IPs) must RSVP by 09:00 hrs ET on February 27, 2026, by emailing Ms. Sarah Hastings at sarah.hastings@gsa.gov. The RSVP email must include company name, POC name, POC email, POC phone, and names of additional attendees.
Due Diligence Sessions
Individual 60-minute Due Diligence sessions will take place from March 17-20, 2026, in Philadelphia, PA. These sessions allow eligible IPs to become knowledgeable about the Government's requirements and ask technical questions. They are not for marketing or discussing cost/price. Eligibility requires responding to RFI questions, capability as a prime contractor, possession of a commercial assessment platform, and having Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and Psychometric Experts on staff. Requests for sessions must be submitted to sarah.hastings@gsa.gov by 09:00 hrs ET on February 27, 2026, including company and attendee details (max 10 individuals). Attendance is not mandatory for the RFP phase.
