Statement of Work (SOW)

To acquire one Endpoint Audio Labs Optical Turntable System for the National Audio Visual Conservation Center/Audio Lab to ensure the preservation and accessibility of the Library of Congress's analog disc collection.

• Provide one (1) Endpoint Optical Turntable System.

• Provide training upon delivery.

• Provide a three (3) year manufacturer warranty.

• The system must include an optical playback sensor/electronics, a Technics SP10R or equivalent drive system, a centering microscope, and an archival grade base/plinth with sound dampening design.

• A three (3) year warranty on all aspects of the system is required.

• Equipment delivery to the NAVCC Audio Lab is required.

• Training must be provided before acceptance.

• Customer service support must be provided for the duration of the contract, with responses to Library inquiries within 48 hours.

• Delivery and payment for the Optical Turntable System is upon delivery.

• Training is to be provided upon delivery.

• The 3-year warranty starts upon acceptance of the system.

• Shipping is to the NAVCC Audio Lab at 19053 Mount Pony Road, Culpeper, VA 22701-7551.

• Contractor travel expenses will not be reimbursed.

• Contractor is responsible for shipping costs.
