Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To bridge the gap between the reliability data needed by system designers and what chipmakers can provide, by developing a massively parallel reliability measurement platform. This platform requires custom electronic circuitries built around high-voltage switches.

• Acquisition of 15,000 opto-isolated high voltage switches, specifically Omron G3VM-101LR model.

• These switches will populate custom printed circuit boards for measuring capacitor leakage currents and failure statistics.

• The work supports the CHIPS R&D: Metrology Grand Challenge for modeling and simulating semiconductor manufacturing processes.

• Switches must meet specific technical characteristics: SSOP footprint, 100 V load rating, and output leakage of no more than 200 pA at 80 V load.
