Scope of Work
This contract requires comprehensive maintenance and repair services for two Cleaver Brooks CFC 700-2500-125HW boilers. The scope includes:
- Quarterly Maintenance: Safety testing, combustion analysis, general equipment inspection, flame safeguard checks, electrode cleaning, control checks, LWCO shut down test, motor operation checks, test firing, scanner operation checks, boiler tune-up, full operational check, accessory equipment inspection, and recommendations for repairs. Contractors must provide combustion readings, boiler efficiency, and stack temperatures.
- Annual Service: Opening units for internal inspection, installation of manufacturer-recommended replacement components/gaskets, unit closure, and replacement of neutralizer media. This also includes all checks performed during quarterly maintenance. Work must adhere to industry standards and manufacturer specifications, performed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm). The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, parts, and tools.
