Purpose & Scope
This opportunity is for platform-specific training to provide informatics support for the VistA-based and Oracle Health-based Federal Electronic Health Record (EHR) and associated tools. The training will enable monitoring of VistA and Federal EHR use, configuration, and quality. This is a distinct need from the VA-specific Oracle Health training provided by the EHRM-IO.
The contractor will deliver advanced training on Oracle Health solutions and build/maintenance tools to VHA staff responsible for Health Informatics roles. Training will include instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and self-paced online courses. Key deliverables include:
- Defining an Oracle Health Certification plan for 28 OCI personnel.
- Providing 28 Premier Passes (with an option for 20 additional).
- Conducting 5 dedicated Physician Architect (PA) or Nurse Architect (NA) Program classes (up to 12 seats each), with optional additional classes/seats.
- Delivering electronic copies of all training materials without restrictions for VA use.
- Providing access to the Oracle Health Client Education course catalog and OH Utilization reporting tools.

Submission & Evaluation
