Submission & Evaluation
This is not a Request for Quotes. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Dynamic Systems Inc. based on FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). However, interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications in writing by 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on March 27, 2026. Submissions will be evaluated solely to determine if the procurement should be conducted on a competitive basis. The determination to compete is at the government's discretion. Oral communications are not acceptable.
