Fit reasons
- NAICS alignment with historical contract wins in similar service areas.
- Scope strongly matches core technical capabilities and delivery model.
Risks
- Past performance thresholds may require one additional teaming partner.
- Potential clarification needed on staffing minimums before bid/no-bid.
Next steps
Validate eligibility requirements, assign capture owner, and schedule partner outreach to confirm teaming strategy before submission planning.
HRSA requires a modification to continue the following support:
1. Operation of the OPTN electronic organ-matching system, including real-time matching of donor organs to transplant candidates.
2. Operation of and technical support for the OPTN Organ Center, including 24/7 assistance to organ procurement organizations and transplant centers, facilitation of organ placement and logistics, and continuity support during complex cases or system disruptions
3. Collection of official OPTN data needed to support OPTN operations.
4. Coordination of data support activities with the Scientific Registry of Transplant Recipients (SRTR) to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and interoperability.
