- 100% count clearcut marking and cruising for approximately 22 acres (Payment Unit 07).
- Right-of-Way (R.O.W.) clearing marking and cruising for 1 acre (Payment Unit 15), with R.O.W. to be marked by USFS.
- Adherence to specific marking instructions, including paint application and stump marks.
- Collection of GPS location data for all sample trees.
- Compliance with the Ottawa National Forest's Timber Theft Prevention Plan (TTPP), including paint reconciliation.

Evaluation will be based on Past Performance, Price, and Technical (non-price) factors, including Contract Time and Schedule. Award will be made to the quoter representing the best value to the Government.
