• Evaluation: Quotes will be evaluated based on technical acceptability and lowest price. Technical acceptability requires proof of FAA/OEM/Air Force approval for services. The Government may reject any or all offers and waive informalities.

• No Discussions: The Government intends to award without discussions; therefore, initial offers should be the best terms.

• Debriefings: Information on post-award debriefings for requesting Offerors is provided.

• Vendor Requirements: Vendors, except the OEM or Production Approval Holder, repairing/overhauling/modifying Coast Guard aircraft components must be FAA 145 certified and perform at least 50% of the work at their FAA-certified facility. Vendors not meeting this requirement will not be considered.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To obtain inspection, repair, and/or overhaul services for specific aircraft components from an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM Authorized Repair Center, or a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certified 145 Repair Center.
