Evaluation & Requirements
Award will be made on a competitive basis. Bidders must possess one of the following certifications: FAA Overhaul Facility, OEM Certified Overhaul Facility, OEM Certified Distributor, or DoD Certified Overhaul Facility. Overhauled components must meet or exceed technical specifications, be certified as airworthy, and include a Certificate of Conformance (COC) IAW FAR 52.246-15. Full and clear traceability must be provided with each part. Packing and marking must comply with ASTM-D3951-15 and commercial best practices. Shipping is F.O.B. Destination to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, NC.
