• Components must be returned in an airworthy condition and suitable for installation.

• Overhaul must meet or exceed technical directive specifications.

• Airworthiness certification is required for all overhauled aircraft parts.

• Period of performance and required delivery dates will be provided in the order.

• Primary place of performance will be the Contractor's facilities or other USCG-approved locations.

• Contractor must be a FAA Overhaul Facility, OEM Certified Overhaul Facility, or DoD Certified Overhaul Facility.

• Sub-contractors must meet the same certification requirements.

• Contractor must maintain a Quality Assurance System.

• Contractor must have access to the most current editions of applicable technical directives and manuals.

• Reporting requirements include notification of component receipt and submission of reports via the Asset Computerized Maintenance System (ACMS).

• Specific procedures for handling Unusual Damage, Cannibalized Components, and Beyond Economical Repair (BER) are detailed.

• A Certificate of Conformance (COC) prepared per FAR 52.246-15 is required for each overhauled component.
