Evaluation Factors
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government, using a tradeoff process. Evaluation factors, in descending order of importance, are:
- Technical Acceptability: Offerors must demonstrate the ability to provide items, submit a firm-fixed price quote, and provide documentation including proof of access to technical directives and airworthiness certification (FAA 8130 or equivalent).
- Delivery: Offerors must state their delivery capability.
- Price: Evaluation will determine if the price is fair and reasonable. Non-price factors combined are more important than price.
