Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To perform a one-time repair of the southwest overhead roll-up door (Cookson Brand) located at Tinker AFB, Bldg. 9001, Col J-40 for the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC).

• Repair the southwest overhead roll-up door (15ft x 18ft – Cookson brand, serial number - AA14001567 L4).

• Replace three (3) damaged slats with compatible grey slats.
