Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive OWW purification services, including:
- Collection, separation, and purification of oil, flush water, and bilge water.

- Handling of OWW potentially containing PFAS (PFOA and PFOS) in accordance with all applicable regulations.
- Collection, transport, and disposal of used fuel oil for recycling/energy recovery.
- Provision of all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation.
- Maintenance of spill response supplies and responsibility for spill cleanup.
