Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and expertise for comprehensive road maintenance. Key tasks include:
- Road Blading: Maintaining ditches, removing ruts/potholes, reclaiming and distributing aggregate, and maintaining drainage structures.
- Aggregate Placement: Shaping roadbeds, supplying, hauling, and spreading aggregate (SB-2, AR Class 7, or 3" Oversize).
- Ditch Reconditioning: Reconditioning lead-off and wing ditches to ensure adequate drainage and vegetation clearance.
- Culvert Cleaning: Clearing inlets, outlets, and drainage basins of debris.
- Secondary Road Maintenance: Routine maintenance using bulldozers, including blading, material reclamation, and debris clearing.
- Roadside Brushing & Overhead Trimming: Cutting vegetation, trimming limbs, and clearing intersections for sight distance.

Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price Multi-Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirements contract.
