- Meeting FAA guidelines and certification requirements for airshow aircraft and aircrew.
- Providing a digital press/media kit and HD video for local media.
- Being available for media interviews and coordinating all media activities through Offutt Public Affairs.
- Providing necessary insurance documentation (DD Form 2400, 2401, 2402) prior to landing.
