- One (1) C-40 CFM56-7B24E core engine and associated equipment (e.g., debris monitoring system kits, engine covers, stands, cradle sets) for the Tactical Airlift Program Office (PMA-207).
- Seventeen (17) E-7A CFM56-7B27AE-1 core engines and associated equipment (e.g., debris monitoring system kits, engine covers, stands, cradle sets) for the United States Air Force. All core engines are considered commercial items. Deliveries for P-8A and C-40 engines are to Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD.

Submission Requirements
Interested parties should submit a capability statement, limited to three pages, addressing the objectives outlined in Section 2.0 of the notice. Submissions must include:
- Company Profile: Number of employees, annual revenue, office location(s), DUNS, UEI, CAGE Code, and current small/large business status. If claiming small business, explain ability to perform at least 50% of the work.
- Business Approach:
- If a CFM-certified new engine dealer, demonstrate current certification or provide a letter of intent from CFM.
- If intending to manufacture engines, demonstrate possession of or authorized access to necessary CFM technical data, or a viable plan to obtain it.
- Do not submit pricing information.
- Responses should be emailed to the Contracting Officer.
