Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This document outlines the scope of work for the demolition and removal of structures at Wilson's Creek National Battlefield, Republic, Missouri, specifically at the Campground Springs property.

• Demolition and Removal: Includes a house (approx. 4000 sqft, built 1979), two storage barns, a concrete pad, and a PVC rail fence.

• Site Restoration: After removal, all fill gravel, concrete, brick, and demolition debris will be removed. Exposed utilities will be capped and buried at least 18 inches below ground. Sources Sought (Market Survey)

The National Park Service (NPS) is conducting a market survey to gauge contractor interest and capability for a potential upcoming project involving the demolition and removal of excess building materials and structures at Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield, Republic, MO. This is not a solicitation, and responses are voluntary.

The project includes:
