Scope of Work
This effort involves the integration of a new MST CQCR Control system into existing CQCR range systems, which are under warranty by SSI. The system must integrate SCADA and Audiovisual systems, including networked audio (QSC, Dante), lighting control (Allen-Bradley PLCs, ETC Systems), video control (Genetec, Bosch, Axis, Flir), IED simulators (Allen-Bradley), environmental control/scent systems (Allen-Bradley), SSI proprietary range/shooting targets, and custom console furniture (TBC Consoles). The contractor will need to demonstrate methods for systems to communicate and interact, including protocol conversion for Allen-Bradley PLCs, and ensure the safety of range participants. Installation and support for the complete system are required in Virginia Beach, VA, and surrounding regions (Ft. Story, other Naval installations).

Qualifications
Interested firms should demonstrate:
- Company description, years in business, and number of personnel with TS or above clearance.
- Experience with at least three (3) similar projects focusing on configurable, live-fire environments with a centralized control room.
- Technical understanding of integrating specified SCADA and Audiovisual systems.
- Understanding of safety achievement methods.
- At least two examples of supported systems with past or current contracts.
Submission Requirements
Vendors must submit a capabilities statement package (max 5 pages, 4MB attachment) demonstrating their ability to provide the described product and services. Submissions must include a completed Attachment 1 – Company Information form, providing essential company details such as identification, point of contact, NAICS codes, CAGE Code, company size/preference, location, employee/revenue data, contracting intent (Prime, Sub, JV), and SAM registration confirmation.
