Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to melissa_niemi@ios.doi.gov and remain valid for at least 60 days. Technical proposals should be submitted in two volumes:
- Volume I (Technical): Cover page, descriptive literature, past performance, and experience.
- Volume II (Price): Cost of requested services, equipment, and installation. Evaluation will consider Technical Approach (Factor 1), Past Performance (Factor 2), and Price (Factor 3), with non-price factors being more important than price. Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quote is most advantageous to the Government.
Additional Notes
Offerors must provide an authorized dealer letter from the manufacturer prior to contract award. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions and reject any or all quotes.
