This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (Request for Quotation - RFQ) for commercial items to procure one (1) PA Media Riser. The 316 WG/PA requires this riser to provide no-fail media escort for POTUS/VPOTUS, DV, and Foreign Heads of State movements. Specifically, it is needed when more than 10 media members are present, requiring a cordoned-off location for press to see and record movements.

• Delivery Timeline: 45 days After Receipt of Order (ARO) is a firm requirement. Faster delivery may be considered for a higher, fair, and reasonable price.

• Response Deadline: Tuesday, May 05, 2026, no later than 4:30 PM EDT

• Period of Performance: Delivery within 45 days ARO.

• Submission Method: Quotes must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer.

• Quote Validity: 90 days.

• Questions Deadline: Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 2:30 PM EDT via email.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous, considering price and technical acceptability. Delivery timeline is a firm requirement, but faster delivery may be valued over lower price.

• Awardee Notification: The Government will notify the apparent awardee by sending a contract for signature, which must be returned within 48 hours.
