- Biomass utilization
- Road construction, maintenance, closure, and decommissioning Future Call Orders will specify projects, potentially including Integrated Resource Service Contracts (IRSC) with or without required timber product removal, and Restoration-based Service Contracts.

Submission & Evaluation
- Proposal Submission: Offers must include separate technical and pricing proposals, emailed to Mark Phillipp (mark.phillipp@usda.gov) and Matt Daigle (matthew.daigle@usda.gov).
- Pricing: Bidders must price all stewardship activities for each National Forest of interest. "Shelf rates" will be used for BPA evaluation, with firm-fixed prices required for specific Call Orders.
- Evaluation Criteria: Key personnel, equipment, relevant past performance, local community benefit, and price. Past performance is moderately more important than other technical factors, which are approximately equal to cost/price.
- Eligibility: Active registration in SAM.gov is mandatory for award eligibility.
Amendments & Notes
Amendment 002 incorporated FAR class deviations, removed non-compliant FAR/rescinded AGAR clauses, and updated sections for compliance.
