Scope of Work

The selected contractor will provide three (3) drivers to support the PAT-BGD mission. Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• Operating U.S. Government-owned SUVs or pick-up trucks.
• Services primarily within the Dhaka and Chattogram Administrative Areas (AOs), each with a 150 km radius around the U.S. Embassy Dhaka and Khulshi residential area, respectively.
• Drivers must be available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, including holidays.
• Potential for services outside the AOs for up to thirty (30) cumulative days, which may include overnight stays.
• Contractor must provide a point of contact (POC) for daily service requirements.
• Drivers must possess basic English skills, a minimum of two years of professional driving experience, local knowledge of Bangladesh, a valid driver's license, and pass a medical clearance exam.
• The contractor is responsible for all driver-related costs, including salaries, per diem, lodging, insurance, and providing cellular phones for communication.
• Vehicle maintenance, ensuring GOVs are clean, serviceable, and fueled, is also a contractor responsibility.

• Required Documents: SF-1449, Section I (Pricing), Section 5 (Representations and Certifications), additional information as required in Section 3, and proof of SAM Registration.
• Evaluation Factors: Proposals will be evaluated based on Technical Approach, Management and Staffing Plan, Key Personnel Qualifications, Past Performance, Quality Assurance and Control, and Price. Non-price factors are significantly more important than price.
• Eligibility: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission.
