Scope of Work
The selected service provider will deliver comprehensive, high-availability hardware and software maintenance support. This includes scheduled preventative maintenance, software lifecycle administration, and rapid-response emergency troubleshooting. Covered platforms include:
- Software: RS2 AccessIT (Access Control), HID PIV Class (High-Assurance Identity/Credential Validation), Avigilon (Video Management), and Easy Lobby (Visitor Management).
- Hardware: Access control devices (card readers, PIV readers, REX components, controllers, power supplies), video surveillance infrastructure (recording servers, network switches, storage arrays, cameras, PTZ units), and server/workstation infrastructure.
Key Requirements
- All operations, installations, testing, and maintenance must strictly adhere to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for PACS and VASS, Rev 0.
- On-site services are required at PPPL in Princeton, NJ.
- The contractor must maintain an office/dispatch center within a 100-mile radius for emergency response.
- Compliance with the Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determination for Middlesex County, NJ, and PPPL's Environment, Safety, and Health (ES&H) policies is mandatory.

- Submission of a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Anticipated one-year base period with four subsequent one-year renewal options, totaling up to five (5) years.

- Pricing: Proposals must remain firm for ninety (90) calendar days after the closing date.
