            Questions and Answers period will be provided for clarification of specs.

             Questions will be accepted by email to Beth.a.exzabe.civ@us.navy.mil . All questions must                                 be received by 2PM PST on 09/25/2024. Questions and answers will be posted by 10/1/2024.

             If no questions are received by 2PM PST 9/25/2024, the solicitation will be amended to shorten closing date to 10/4/2024.

All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.  The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0265 and shall be submitted by email to Beth Exzabe at Beth.a.exzabe.civ@us.navy.mil

The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted in Contract Opportunities on the SAM website at https://sam.gov/ on or about 9/12/2024. 

All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. 

Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Unique Entity ID  number before the registration will be activated.  It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
