This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity. Responses are due March 2, 2026.
Scope of Work
The CRTC requires improved mass notification capabilities inside base buildings for training exercises. The current setup includes Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Version 14.0.1.12900-161, Whelan Giant Voice System (WPS-2800) with E1000 Encoders, and an Analog Bogen PCM-2000 System.
The desired capabilities include:
- Ability to split zones for visiting unit and real-world access.
- Support for visiting units to utilize paging for single and multi-buildings.
- Capability to inject tones/sounds (e.g., attack warning signals, emergency notification signals).
All proposed parts must be listed on the DoD Approved Products Listing and be TAA compliant. Fiber optic cable is available for signal routing.
