Submission & Evaluation

For equivalent products, full specifications must be provided. Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the Responsible, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offeror. No partial quotes or awards will be made.
Eligibility
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Only quotes from small businesses will be accepted. Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov as a small business at the time of award.
Additional Notes
Invoices must be submitted through the electronic invoicing system (IPP); email submissions will not be accepted. All terms and conditions in the RFQ supersede any information on vendor quotation forms.
