Delivery Locations: Mississippi River Project - Service Base, Pleasant Valley, IA 52767. Deliveries must occur within 12 calendar days after paint lab approval (if applicable), with no Friday or weekend deliveries.
Testing & Inspection: Paint samples may be tested by US Army CERL. Government covers initial test costs; contractor covers retest costs. Inspection will be at the destination. Pre-certified coatings are acceptable.
