- Scraping, preparation, caulking, and painting of all exterior surfaces, including fascia, soffits, trim, doors, and railings.

- Proper containment, protection, and safety protocols, with daily site cleanup.
- Compliance with the latest 2026 PBS Core Building Standards. A supervisor must be on-site at all times, and work may occur during or after normal business hours in an active Federal Building.
