The work includes the purchase and installation of new buoys and signs by skilled personnel.
Contract Details

Award will be based on Simplified Acquisition evaluation procedures (FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12), considering Technical Capability, prior experience, and price. The government will evaluate quotes incrementally by price, starting with the lowest. Offerors must be registered in SAM with an "active" status.
