Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services twice weekly: on Wednesdays after 4:30 PM and either Saturday or Sunday when buildings are closed. Services include:
- Restroom Cleaning: Fixtures, surfaces, partitions, urinals/bowls, waste receptacles, and floor mopping with disinfectant. Replenishment of supplies.
- Office Space & Common Areas: Dusting, trash collection, vacuuming/spot cleaning carpets, cleaning non-carpeted floors. Contractor employees are prohibited from disturbing office contents or equipment.
- Specialized Cleaning: Monthly high surface cleaning, twice-yearly carpet shampooing, quarterly non-carpeted floor stripping/refinishing, and three-times-yearly interior/exterior window cleaning.
- Additional Services: Includes provisions for special, emergency, and bio-hazard cleaning as needed.
