Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer. Offers will be evaluated on a comparative basis considering Price, Technical Approach, and Relevant Experience. The Government will award to the single offeror whose quotation is most advantageous.
Additional Notes
- Contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov and PIEE/WAWF.
- Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance is required.
- Relevant past experience within the last three years is required, to be documented using Attachment 01 (Experience Information Sheet). Only the first three relevant contracts submitted will be evaluated.
