• Conference Facilities: An Administration Room (for 20 personnel), a Main Conference Room (for up to 200 participants), and seven Breakout Rooms (for up to 40 participants each). These facilities require specific setups, audiovisual equipment (screens, projectors, speaker systems), internet access, and daily cleaning.
• Transportation: Shuttle service for up to 100 attendees between Miami International Airport (MIA) and the vendor's location.
• Security: The hotel must be in a safe, secure location and pass a DOD security assessment.
