Scope of Work
The requirement is for fifteen (15) PANEL ALARM MONITORING units (NSN: 6320-01-F21-6407, OEM PN: FGD-6700, MFG: PHONETICS INC. DBA SENSAPHONE, new PN: MODEL 1800). These panels are used as part of the Intrusion Detection System in accordance with TCTO TE7090.0. Each item must be individually packaged per MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10 in an ASTM-D5118 heavy-duty double-wall fiberboard box, cushioned to prevent damage, and marked per MIL-STD-129R with ISO/IEC-16388-2007, Code 39 symbology. Standard commercial packaging is unacceptable. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center, Baltimore, MD.
Contract Details
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared under FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented by this notice. The resultant purchase order will be a Firm Fixed Price contract awarded using simplified acquisition procedures (FAR 13.106). The NAICS code is 3399 with a business size standard of 700 employees. Set-Aside & Eligibility

Evaluation & Award
Award will be made on an all or none basis to a responsible offeror whose quotation is the most advantageous to the Government, based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. While the Brand Name part (Sensaphone FGD-6700/Model 1800) is mandatory for consideration, offers of "equal" products will be evaluated by the USCG to determine if they meet the specified salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics.
