Scope of Work

- Teardown & Evaluation (TD&E): Vendors will have 90 days after receipt of carcass(es) to complete TD&E and submit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote for the full repair effort.
- Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT): The requested RTAT is 180 days. Price reductions will be incurred for failure to meet the required RTAT.
- Quote Details: Quotes must include estimated repair price, cost of new (actual or estimated), Teardown & Evaluation Rate, RTAT, Throughput Constraint, and Induction Expiration Date. Any exceptions to solicitation requirements must be specified.
- Quality Assurance: The contractor is responsible for all inspection and testing, maintaining records for 365 days.
