  • Quote Details: Quotes must include estimated repair price, cost of new (actual or estimated), Teardown & Evaluation Rate, RTAT, Throughput Constraint, and Induction Expiration Date. Any exceptions to solicitation requirements must be specified.
  • Quality Assurance: The contractor is responsible for all inspection and testing, maintaining records for 365 days.
