Scope of Work
DeCA requires heavy-duty, self-opening, single-wall paper bags made with a minimum 40% post-consumer or recovered fiber. The bags are for patron use to package and transport purchased goods.

- Size: 1/6 barrel (1386 Cubic Inches), with measurements of 12” Face Width X 7” Length.
- Material: Minimum 40% post-consumer or recovered fiber.
- Strength: TEAR M.D. 120 Gram, TEAR C.D. 140 Gram (TAPPI TEST T414 or Equal); TENSILE M.D. 50LB.IN (TAPPI TEST T404 or Equal); MULLEN 45 LB (TAPPI TEST T403 or Equal).
- Packaging: 400 Bags Per Bundle / 18 Bundles Per Pallet (*EPA ITEM).
- Delivery Locations: DeCA Central Stores (AR, LA, OK, TN, TX) and DeCA West Stores (NM, TX). Deliveries are required within 30 days of receipt of delivery order, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm local time (excluding Government Holidays), to the receiving area (back loading dock).
