This solicitation is for Parachute Training Operations to support the 2d Reconnaissance Battalion, 2d Marine Division. The requirement is for the contractor to provide all management, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and services necessary to conduct airborne sustainment training. This training includes various parachute techniques such as Low-Level Static Level (LLSL), High Altitude High Opening (HAHO), High Altitude Low Opening (HALO), and Tandem Offset Resupply Delivery System (TORDS), as well as cargo delivery.
