Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To replace a dilapidated set of cantilevered vehicle gates and re-align associated security fences at the Four Corners Construction Office (FCCO) in Farmington, NM.

• Demolition and removal of existing gate leaves, hardware, operators, and approximately 61 linear feet of adjacent fencing.

• Excavation for new posts and concrete footings.

• Installation of two new 20-ft cantilever vehicle gates (North and East entrances) with associated hardware, including posts, roller/trolley assemblies, and guide rollers.

• Installation of approximately 61 linear feet of new galvanized chain link fence with barbed wire topper.

• Furnishing and installation of identical slide gate operators for each vehicle gate.

• Wiring and commissioning of safety photo eyes.

• Installation of a standalone keypad access system.

• Providing power to operator locations, including trenching and panel tie-in.

• Programming and testing of operator logic, safety devices, and access control.

• The project period of performance is estimated to be one week.

• Work must comply with UL 325 (gate operator/safety devices) and ASTM F2200 (gate construction) standards.

• Contractor must provide brief Operations & Maintenance (O&M) training for end users.

• A minimum 1-year warranty on workmanship is required, in addition to standard manufacturer warranties.

• Duration: Estimated to be one week after all labor, material, and equipment are sourced.

• Contractor must arrange for utility locates prior to excavation.

• Existing fence posts may be abandoned in place after mitigation and filling with concrete.
