PARTS CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE - SOLE SOURCE

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are
being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-26-Q-0008 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).


This acquisition will result in a firm fixed price award. The applicable NAICS Code is 562211 with a Business Size Standard of $47,000,000. This solicitation is Unrestricted and a Sole Source requirement. Department of Labor Service Contract Act WD #: 2015-4225 revision 32 applies. This is a firm fixed-price (FFP) Requirements Contract with the period of performance of 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods.


Thus requirementThe mission of Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support – VID, Industrial Plant Equipment (IPE) Services Division at Mechanicsburg, PA, is to provide depot-level maintenance, rebuild, remanufacture, retrofit, and repair services for industrial machinery. As part of this mission, parts cleaning tanks are used to clean machinery parts. The tanks need to be cleaned and fluid needs to be changed or cleaned periodically throughout the year. 

The estimated start date for any contract resulting from this solicitation is February 14, 2026.


Award will be made to Crystal Clean as the requirement stated in the Statement of Work (SOW) and RFQ.


The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. If not already registered in SAM, go to System for Award Management (SAM) website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.


All inquiries must be submitted 5 working days prior to closing date. Quotes are due on December 2 2025 03:00 PM, EST.
