Scope of Work
This requirement is for three (3) kits of PARTS KIT SEAL REPLACEMENT (SERVO BOX REPAIR KIT 13169-RK), which includes the SERVO BOX SEAL KIT 13169-SK GD-90. These are major overhaul repair kits manufactured by PROPULSION SYSTEMS INC. Substitute parts are not acceptable.
Critical packaging requirements must be met:
- Individually packaged per MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, cushioned to prevent damage.
- Packed in an ASTM-D6251 Type III, Class 1 wood-cleated panelboard shipping box or ASTM-D6880 Class 2 heavy-duty screwed wooden box.
- Marked per MIL-STD-129R and bar-coded per ISO/IEC-16388-2007, CODE 39 SYMBOLOGY.
- Failure to meet these requirements will result in rejection and delayed payment.
Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore MD 21226.

Evaluation
