Scope of Work

• Electronic Transactions: Contractual documents are considered issued electronically. Electronic submittal of Receiving Reports and Invoices through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) - Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) is mandatory. Vendors are encouraged to register for EDA on PIEE.
• Design Changes: Any changes in design, material, servicing, or part number (except for Code 1 changes, which are part number changes only where parts are identical) require prior written approval from the NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer. Contractors must provide drawings and explanations for proposed changes.
• Production Facility Changes: Performance at any location other than specified in the contract is prohibited without Contracting Officer approval. Approved changes require a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs.
• Technical Data: Drawings or technical data are not available for this item. Offerors must specify delivery days and offer validity period in their quotes.
• DLA Procurement Notes: Applicable notes include E06 Inspection and Acceptance at Source (JUN 2018).
