This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for commercial items, specifically parts for a McLanahan Horizontal Manure Auger. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• All items must have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), McLanahan parts. Traceability requires a clear, complete, documented, and auditable paper trail.

• Specific parts required include: McLanahan Horizontal Manure Auger Sections, Cross Auger Quick Clamps, Urethane Bushing Assemblies, Cross Auger Bolt Kits, and Bearing Hanger Sets.

• Anticipated Award Type: Firm-fixed price.

• The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards for different line items if it determines it to be in the best interest of the Government.

• Delivery is required by May 31, 2026. Early deliveries will be accepted.

• Responses Due Date: March 26, 2026, 1700 hrs Central Time.

• Offers will be evaluated based on Technical Approach, Price, and Past Performance.

• Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government.

• Technical Approach will evaluate the ability to provide a sound and compliant approach, meet schedule requirements, and detail any requirements that cannot be accomplished.

• Price will be evaluated to determine if it is fair and reasonable.

• Past Performance will be evaluated as Acceptable or Neutral.

• Award will not necessarily be made to the lowest-priced offeror.

• Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.

• This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
