Scope of Work
This requirement involves the acquisition and installation of Guldmann GH3+ (Brand Name Only) overhead lift systems within the Community Living Center (CLC) as part of a two-phase construction project (addition and renovation). The lifts will be installed in patient rooms with attached bathrooms and bathing rooms. The project requires the integration of new systems while reusing existing Guldmann GH3 lift motors where possible.
Key Requirements
- Lift Specifications: Patient lifts must support 770 lbs (general rooms) or 825 lbs (bariatric/bathing rooms). Systems must be compatible with existing Guldmann products. Lift motors require specific features including 1.5x capacity support, floor-picking capability, integrated load cell/charger, hand controls with displays, and continuous in-rail charging compatibility.
