This requirement is being solicited as a sole source SBIR (Small Business Innovative Research) Phase Ill to SEACORP in accordance with the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 638). The requirement is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract to SEACORP, CAGE Code 2V276, Middletown, RI 02842. This requirement is for the continued development, upgrade, and application of the payload control system (PCS) technology to adapt the Submarine Combat Control System (CCS) to new payload interfaces planned for submarine introduction. SEACORP owns, and has full rights and title to, the data that was developed under previous SBIR efforts.
This requirement is a follow-on to N66604-21-D-E100 with SEACORP and it is anticipated that 228,130 man-hours will be required over the five-year period of performance. The NAICS Code is 541715 and the size standard is 1000 Employees.
This solicitation notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
